About the role

As a transport coordinator, you have a central and responsible role in our operations. You work approximately 50% with planning and 50% with administrative tasks, ensuring that our transports are carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality.

You will be an important link between customers, drivers, and internal functions in a dynamic environment where structure, collaboration, and quick decisions are crucial for a well-functioning flow.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Planning & Operations

• Planning and optimizing loading for a dedicated flow
• Ensuring that loading is done according to applicable safety and quality requirements
• Creating schedules and ensuring correct staffing
• Maintaining ongoing contact with customers and drivers

Administration & Follow-up

• Managing bookings, order entry, and invoicing
• Performing customer reporting in various systems and portals
• Following up level readings and matching against customer orders
• Reporting, registering, and following up deviations
• Creating internal reports and contributing improvement suggestions

Vehicles & Personnel

• Booking service and inspection of vehicles
• Approving and following up on drivers' working hours

In short – you are the spider in the web that ensures the daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications – Requirements

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Very good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Excel, including formulas and data analysis
• Extensive experience in schedule coordination
• At least 1 year of experience in planning
• 6–12 months of experience in an administrative role
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience with transport or business systems (e.g., IX Solution, Co-Driver)
• Experience in the transport or logistics industry
• Knowledge of driving and rest times
• Vehicle knowledge
• Experience coordinating or leading a group
• Logistics or transport education
• ADR knowledge
